The English Tapware Company is pleased to announce the long-awaited arrival in Australia of the Ionian bridge-style kitchen tap, from world-renowned English tapware manufacturers Perrin & Rowe.
November 2nd, 2009
This is the first bridge-style tap available in Australia with WaterMark certification. These taps are made specifically for Australia to comply with the Australian Standards and the Plumbing Code.
The traditional bridge-style tap is a design icon. From its association with the English butlers sink and Martha Stewart’s kitchen, to its use in modern kitchens, laundries and bathrooms, no other tap makes such a design statement in a room.
Built to outlast the lifetime of the kitchen, Perrin & Rowe tapware is machined from premium brass, hand-polished and coated in a choice of five quality finishes: Chrome, Nickel, Pewter, Gold and English Bronze. It is also available in uncoated bare brass.
The four Ionian models give a selection of bench or wall mounting and lever or crosshead handles. The lever handles are white porcelain but can be changed to metal levers or Corian levers in their range of colours. The Ionian can be bench or wall mounted and will soon be available with an optional spray rinse.
