The ARA mesh task chair is ergonomic, eco-friendly and on its way to Australia.
May 25th, 2011
ARA by Orangebox was the first task chair designed, developed and manufactured in Europe to achieve Cradle to Cradle certification.
In addition to the elastomer back, a new mesh option will be available in Australia from July.
The Cradle to Cradle protocol recognises products that are safe to humans and nature, are naturally biodegradable or can be fully recycled into the same or an equivalent product.
ARA is available in 9 specification options, from the original elastomer back which comes in 6 colour choices, an upholstered seat and back and the new black ARA mesh.
Ara mesh is perfect for those who prefer the look and feel of a textile back. A height and depth adjustable lumbar pad can be specified for even greater support.
ARA’s materials and assembly techniques ensure a long product life and recyclability.
The new Orangebox ARA mesh chair is manufactured under licence in Australia in a 4-6 week lead-time from July.
