New to Abey Australia is the Gareth Ashton ClearStone Bath and Basin Range – a stylish bathroom collection that marries exceptional design with an all newly developed material.
ClearStone is a new material made from Dolomitic Marble – an exceptional developed material and tough, hardwearing surface ideally suited for modern demands of exceptional performance and endurance. ClearStone isn’t just tough on scratches though, the new material benefits from superior thermal performance through the Dolomitic composite, allowing bath water to remain warmer for longer.
Handmade by only three people, every ClearStone bath takes over ten hours to hand finish alone. The baths are one-piece, solid surface, meaning there are no visible joints. In designing the ClearStone Baths, a range of international designers were brought together create a stunning and elegant range of freestanding baths, using the finest materials and engineering.
Each product has been designed with thin edges to ensure maximum bathing space, with a 1600mm bath has the equivalent bath space as a 1700mm standard model. ClearStone also has the added benefit of being lightweight compared to the average bath, with most bath models having a net weight of less than 100kg. Each bath comes in a heavy-duty carry bag, which means an easier installation process on the day.
To co-ordinate with the bath range, several designs have matching basins crafted from ClearStone to continue the feeling of luxury throughout your bathroom.
