The CAPAS chair is the iconic piece from the CAPAS cardboard furniture range.
January 6th, 2014
Built entirely by hand, this piece was originally a traditional timber framed chair with a timber veneered finish and fabric cushions.
The CAPAS chair is the first piece designed for the CAPAS range, and the result: a new take on its former design, rebuilt with 7mm double corrugated cardboard sheets put together vertically to maximize its strength.
The chair is the perfect blend of sharp lines and soft accessories. With its tanned leather lumbar cushion, and its signature surrounding leather belt, the chair holds the cardboard layers together with perfect harmony.
A unique piece for your non-average space.
