Super-stackable space saver, Milk is a stool killer, doing it with style.
September 16th, 2011
Brisbane product design studio, Luxxbox, has recently unveiled the latest member of it’s vivid range of moulded products – the Milk stool.
Designed by Jason Bird, Milk is inspired by the hard working, super stackable and utilitarian milk crate. It’s a mean space saver which takes stacking a step further than the rest. Straight up, criss cross or any way you like it, Milk is stack happy and will take on a very different personality depending on how you do so.
A technical feat of the moulding process, the Milk stool features intricate decorative and functional detail not often seen amongst it’s roto-moulded cousins. The lattice seat top and webbed legs mean there is no sag or flex making it super lightweight and ultra portable yet unbelievably strong for its size.
Available in Black, White and ’Tang’ Orange the Milk Stool is made from 100% recyclable low density polyethylene. It’s also 100% UV resistant, GECA certified and comes with a 5 year structural warranty. And as if all this wasn’t enough, wait until you see the price.
