The Objective:Light team have been busy in the off season preparing a series of illuminating events for 2010.
The first event for Melbourne will see Federation Square CEO Kate Brennan provide an insight into the annual The Light in Winter Festival, held between 4 June and 4 July.
“The program includes cutting edge, major international commissions, locally-produced, light-based artworks, partnerships with a wide variety of
communities, a mid-winter Solstice celebration, professional masterclasses with leading illumination/digital artists and a range of other events.
The Light in Winter is now in its fourth year and is growing brighter with every step, with more artists, more communities, more events and more
opportunities to be involved.”
As always, all those interested in creative design are welcome and if the past 3 years is any indication these events will continue to thrill and inspire.
Drinks and food are provided, and bring along your business cards for the lucky door prizes.
