Blackwood 8 is a group of business people based in Wonga Park, Victoria. We share the common bond of having a friend diagnosed with a brain tumour. Initially, as a community, we have sought to support our friend and her family in a variety of personal and practical ways. However, we recognise there are many more people in our wider community suffering from this disease, and we want to do more. This is why we formed Blackwood 8.
Our mission is to bring the Community together in a fun and positive environment with the goal of raising funds for the purpose of prevention, treatment and cure of cancer.
