Interior Designer Bradhly Le – who featured in last year’s Your Moment Indesign campaign – introduces a bold new voice to the Australian design scene, blending creative vigour with unwavering determination.
“RIZEN offers an intimate, high-quality experience for each of our clients, drawing on my diverse expertise across workplace, residential, hospitality, retail and public space design. We blend the finest elements from each discipline to create remarkable spaces, products and experiences that authentically capture our clients’ visions,” says Bradhly Le, Founding Director and Interior Designer, RIZEN Atelier.

With over 20 years of experience as an interior designer, Bradhly has worked with some of Australia’s most globally renowned multi-disciplinary design firms. This new venture embodies his vision for a studio rooted in the real world – one that pursues creative concepts and innovative ideas with originality, determination and perseverance. The ‘rise’ in RIZEN reflects this ethos, while the ‘zen’ represents Bradhly’s commitment to balanced solutions. This sees RIZEN deliver practical, achievable designs that prioritise human needs and address environmental imperatives.
“Design surrounds all aspects of my life – it’s a philosophy for living and for contributing to our collective future. In order to design well, I believe we must design with deep thought and rigour. As interior designers, our role is to create better outcomes for people’s lives, which starts with listening to our clients, understanding their brand, culture and goals,” says Bradhly.

“Through this listening process, I often discover the aspirations that our clients are not able to articulate, allowing us to dig a little deeper to unearth the values and hidden gems that lead to a remarkable end result,” says Bradhly.
RIZEN focuses on the client’s vision rather than adhering to a standard house style or specific aesthetic, crafting designs that break away from conventional ideas. This approach is supported by the artisanal practice of hand sketching, which in turn offers a sense of discovery, unlocking the real value of a space and marking the beginning of every RIZEN project.

Bradhly describes putting pen to paper as a “genesis moment,” where a concept takes shape through a series of simple lines. This fluid exchange of ideas and design responses helps develop and refine concepts, seed storylines and narratives, and build authenticity and connection between the client, their vision and its physical manifestation.
“In all our designs, we aim to create a lasting legacy that positively impacts both the planet and its people. At the core of this is our understanding that spaces must flex and evolve, with change as the only constant. Our design response is therefore always adaptable, tailored to meet the evolving needs of those who will inhabit the space while striving to achieve beauty and balance, regardless of scale or complexity,” says Bradhly.
