Studio Dossier and Pentagono Studio in Mexico have joined forces to launch a new range of hand-crafted furniture, called Pent.
July 10th, 2015
Striving to source and work with innovative product designers both in Australia and internationally, Studio Dossier is a studio that recognises the strength in a good partnership. They have recently teamed up with Mexican design studio, Pentagono Studio to locally launch a new furniture range imbued with the hallmarks that come with hand-made skill.
A relatively young design firm, Pentagono is firmly set on bolstering Mexican design on both contemporary and global platforms, and it is this drive that Studio Dossier recognised. Studio Dossier fell in love with their furniture at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York, and believing in their design ethos they set about forming a relationship to build a range based on the themes of connection, structure and unison.
Each item in the Pent range is constructed by hand, resulting in pieces that are injected with their own personality. The range is strong, durable and colourful, and carries the design sensibilities and creative approach by Pentagono.
Selections from the Pent range will be on display at Sydney Indesign, 13 – 15 August.
