Quiz and Zip are 2 new outdoor upholstery patterns designed for Woven Image by Amy Saunders.
June 1st, 2012
Quiz and Zip take their inspiration from the ancient Chinese geometric puzzles tangrams, in which 7 interchanging angular forms create a range of shapes and structures.
Zip is a large-scale bold, contemporary outdoor upholstery pattern which packs a visual punch with 7 unique colourways – rich claret red, orange pop, caterpillar green, retro teal, marine blue, grey and classic black and white.
Quiz is a smaller scale pattern, incorporating a third colour in each colourway for a look that hasn’t been seen before in outdoor patterns. Rich claret red, punchy orange pop and sky blue, olive and leafy green, pear yellow and charcoal, deep blue on blue, teal and fuchsia, and a black and white colourway are all available.
In the same quality as Woven Image’s other top selling outdoor patterns, Quiz and Zip are produced from 100% solution-dyed polyolefin and exhibit excellent performance characteristics, with good colour fastness to light, UV stability and bleach/water solution test results.
Produced using certified green energy and manufactured from yarn with Oeko-Tex certification, Quiz and Zip also meet Woven Image’s high sustainability standards.
With their bold intersecting linework and angular forms, Quiz and Zip reflect the trend for geometric shapes in interiors and are sure to make a statement in any commercial space.
