The Izona CookSurface, VentSurface and CoolDrawer are a new language in kitchen appliances – they do exactly what they say.
CoolDrawer is a modular refrigeration system integrated into kitchen cabinets, allowing individual temperature-control and placement throughout the kitchen, and reducing the need to bend and reach.
From food storage to cooking, the CookSurface unites the best of gas and ceramic glass cooking. Yielding the superior performance of gas cooking with pan supports and burners that lower at the touch of a button for a smooth cleaning surface.
Accompanying the CookSurface is the VentSurface – a leap forward in rangehood design. Intuitive sensors automatically begin the extraction of smoke and steam as soon as you start cooking, creating an ‘air curtain’ around the cooking surface.
The innovative Izona range from Fisher & Paykel is available from selected retailers with more products to be released in early 2009.
