A J+C set to enter new era of design with Michael Heenan at the helm

Multi-award winning architect and Principal of Allen Jack+Cottier Architects Michael Heenan has been appointed CEO of the practice.
Having won the best sports building in the World Architecture Festival for the Berry Sports Hall, Michael has gone on to chair state and international architectural juries.
This August in Singapore he will participate in the World Architecture Festival as both an international judge and designer of a short listed project for the Kerrie Murphy Building in Sydney, Australia.
Principal Peter Ireland, a winner of International and Australian design awards, consolidates the design strength at the core of AJ+C and will assume the role of practice General Manager.
’AJ+C has come through the GFC with a powerful design focused agenda, the best people to support that agenda, great clients and, a stronger, more resilient business.’ said Heenan.
With projects now underway in 7 countries addressing multi-residential and mixed-use projects, education, sporting facilities and specialist residential their reach also extends to specialized retirement and seniors living.
Most recently, Allen Jack+Cottier’s success has seen the firm win new projects in Beijing and Shanghai, China.
