Improving acoustical conditions in the large open plan environment was paramount for the refurbishment of level 1, Red Cross, Carlton. 17 years after the official opening, the office has been transformed.

Carpets Inter EcoSoft® carpet tiles were selected by Moda Design as they deliver superior acoustic benefits including twice the sound absorption of traditional hardback carpet tiles.
The field tile is Zipline Alloy with statement triangle features in Color Tone Crescendo and Color Duet Assez. Coveney Interlay installed the cleverly designed layout creating break out zones. The updated space will ensure reverberation times are minimized, sound is absorbed and workplace comfort and performance is improved.
