Swinburne appoints pre-eminent Danish Designer as Professor of Communication Design.

Swinburne University have announced the appointment of Danish designer Professor Per Mollerup as Professor of Communication Design in the University’s Faculty of Design.
Professor Mollerup is known throughout the world for his design research and writing including studies of trademarks, signage and other theory with books such as Collapsibles, a Design Album of Space Saving Objects (Thames and Hudson) and Wayshowing, A Guide to Environmental Signage, Principle and Practices (Lars Muller).
Mollerup was the Managing Director of the Copenhagen-based Mollerup Designlab for 25 years.
Professor Mollerup will be presenting a public lecture on his book, Wayshowing, at Swinburne University of Technology on Wednesday 25 March.
