On March 20 L’Aqua at Cockle Bay hosted the National Association of Women in Construction’s (NAWIC) annual Great Debate, generously sponsored by Laing O’Rourke.

The insightful and often humorous debaters tackled the topic of whether, with the prevalence of portable electronic devices such iPhones we are able to ever ‘clock off’. Isabella Allan, Angelo Candalepas and Kim Sides of the negative team won the debate against the affirmative team consisting of Josh Murray, Kate Hudson and Leone Lorrimer. Sebastian Busa adjudicated the debate.
