Many works from Singapore and the region make the list at this year’s festival, which will be held at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands from 3 to 5 October.

Singapore has been chosen as the venue for the fifth World Architecture Festival (WAF), prompting a significant increase in entries from Asia – particularly Singapore – as well as Australia.
In total, the WAF awards attracted more than 500 entries, of which 301 have made the shortlist.
The award segments include Completed Buildings (ranging from Civic and Community to Office, Transport and more), Landscape Architecture and Future Projects.
