To be held from 4 to 6 November 2015 in Singapore, this year’s INSIDE will see a total of 10 finalist projects from China pitting themselves against other international works. We look at some of them.

Ten out of the 50 finalist entries at this year’s INSIDE World Festival of Interiors are from China.

They include the waveform-inspired Coastal Private Club in Wuxi by One Plus Partnership (our story here), and Skytel in Chengdu by Panorama, a boutique hotel that straddles the realm of hospitality and art (our story here).

While there are no shortlisted works coming out of Hong Kong this year, Hong Kong did make a significant showing last year with Joyce Wang’s Mott 32 (story here) grabbing the top title of “World Interior of the Year”.

INSIDE features nine award categories: Bars & Restaurants; Civic, Culture & Transport; Creative Re-use; Display; Health & Education; Hotels; Offices; Residential; and Retail. It is also held alongside World Architecture Festival (WAF).
