December 21st, 2007
TANDEM design studio was awarded a commendation for their design of The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) shop at the national IDEA 07 awards in Sydney, Australia.
The jury said that the shop communicated a uniquely fresh vision of just what the NGV should be for the consumer. TANDEM, who specialise in commercial, cultural and public architectural design, have created a highly functional, flexible and cost effective space.
The shop, located at NGV International on St. Kilda road, is a unique art and design emporium, offering an outstanding range of products by Australian and international designers and boasts Australia’s most comprehensive selection of art and design books.
