A restructuring at one of the world’s leading creative studios sees Anthony Donovan return to Frost*
January 22nd, 2013
With six years as Design Director at Frost* in both Sydney and London Anthony Donovan left the company in 2010.
He returns as Creative Director at the internationally awarded design studio, in a shake up that sees CEO Vince Frost move out of a direct role as Creative Director for the first time, to perform an executive and creative leadership function within the organisation.
Frost says that the new structure will allow him more time to invest in client relationships and growing clients’ businesses, whilst still keeping a steady eye on the studio’s creative outputs.
“I will step up to become Executive Creative Director and CEO, which will free me up to work more closely with our clients … participating in talks and awards and generating more opportunities for Frost*” he said.
“As Executive Creative Director I will be working closely with Ant, supporting him and remaining active in the creative direction of the studio”.
A graduate of Newcastle University (UK), Donovan has worked extensively across print, online and environmental graphics. His work has garnered numerous prestigious awards locally and abroad.
“After six years with the company, it was time for me to stretch my creative muscle elsewhere. But Vince has created a unique, leading role for me … the opportunity to work with Frost* again, in this capacity, is one that I couldn’t pass up. It feels like I’m coming home” says Donovan.
All management restructuring and new appointments take effect immediately.
