Interiors, fashion, styling and the launch of a Bachelor of Design
November 16th, 2007
The Whitehouse Institute of Design, Australia, held this year’s annual graduate exhibition and Parade at Paddington Town Hall, Sydney, to great success on Monday the 13th November.
The evening involved an interior and styling exhibition, followed by the ever-anticipated fashion parade – many year a launch pad for future Australian design success.
The exhibition showcased only a small selection of furniture, with two outstanding pieces on display creating a buzz. Student Jasmin Kelly’s paired modern and classic styles with her ‘Sunlounge’ (pictured), and a furniture piece assembled out of vintage forks, by student Michelle Klisowsky, attracted much interest.
Whitehouse also used the evening as the launch event for their new Bachelor of Design degree program.
