The minimal form is complemented by a highly aesthetic simplicity. The seat and back, made of self-supporting, rigid polyurethane, are softened by a subtle, 3-dimensional pattern inspired by workshop tool panels.

The timber can be lacquered naturally or with a black stain, and the seat and back can be black, ivory, ice blue, and brick red.
When combined with the natural timber these colours are softened to a degree that they almost look pastel, whereas combined with a black frame they look sharp and strong.

The minimal lines of Doty are interrupted only by subtle ergonomic detailing in the backrest. At the front, this adds comfort, and from the rear, this becomes a highly practical handle.

The stackability and versatile style options mean Doty can be a fresh seating solution en masse or a pleasant feature in the home.
