Singapore based boutique design agency greymatters is strong making a move across Asia with a wealth of new hospitality projects.
November 5th, 2015
Founded in 2012, greymatters is known for a specialisation in hospitality, and this specialization is driving the firm to expand further into Asia. Following on from the Open Farm Community project, which offers a farm-to-table dining experience unique in Singapore, is the firm’s PasarBella – continuing the farmer’s market concept.
Opening in Suntec City in November, PasarBella is being designed to recall the streets of Lower East Side New York City, and greymatters is leading this design for both the retail space as well as the concept designs for the 15 food and beverage vendors.
Following this, greymatters will welcome 206 with the opening of its Bangkok office, along with the specialty dining venue skin+bones, also in Bangkok, the Phnom Penh based Elbow Room cocktail, scheduled for a January opening, and the Amari Hotel and Resort in Sri Lanka, which marks the first hotel project completed by the young agency.
