Castle Hill based Tarkett Australia has won the Westpac Sustainable Business Award Norwest

Castle Hill based flooring company Tarkett Australia has won the Westpac Sustainable Business Award, Norwest, identifying a local business that is committed to sustainable business practice.
Beating two other finalists for the award – Environmental Group Limited and Utilize Pty Ltd – the team at Tarkett were pronounced winners thanks to their unsurpassed environmental initiatives.
The largest producer of resilient flooring in the world, Tarkett are more than qualified for the award, recycling over 130,000 tons of material per year and with plans to donate their $5,000 prize money to The Children’s Hospital, Westmead.
