Tom Dixon’s latest range of pendant lights and wall lights, SPOT, perfectly balances Form + Function with three statement pieces for bathrooms and outdoor spaces.
March 8th, 2017
The new Tom Dixon collection of pendant and wall lights hits the sweet spot between form and function by providing a waterproof fitting in an unexpectedly decorative package.
Designed to serve wet areas as well as outdoor spaces, the Spot lighting collection comprises of copper plated stainless steel lamps featuring an extremely thick glass lens with integrated (and replaceable) LED bulbs, making them completely waterproof and creating the perfect statement pieces for indoor or outdoor environments ranging from the bathroom to the balcony.
The latest lighting creation from the Tom Dixon studio, the IP44 rated Spot series of ceiling and wall lights features Spot Pendant, Spot Wall Obround and Spot Wall Round, each stylish fitting designed to deliver high output light in versatile settings – inside or out. A magnetic fixing at the top of Spot Pendant allows the lamp to be easily articulated to different angles, to spot a wall, surface or object.
Made of high quality clear cast glass to focus the light, Spot’s K9-graded lens offers crystal-like clarity. The copper finish on the stainless steel body, achieved using the physical vapour deposition method, prevents oxidisation in humid or wet surroundings, helping retain the distinctive elegance for many years.
The Spot collection from Tom Dixon comes with a 2-year warranty.
