Jain will be responsible for driving the strategic roadmap for building a dominant firm in India, and will lay the foundation for venturing into emerging markets, such as the Middle East.

Anshul Jain brings 20 years of experience in India, Southeast Asia and Europe in the real estate industry.
In his previous role as the CEO of DTZ India, Jain led the firm from a start-up to a 500-people strong organisation, before it merged with Cushman and Wakefield. His previous experience also includes international roles in C&W London, CBRE Singapore, and JLL Indonesia.
Commenting on the new appointment, Space Matrix Founder, Shagufta Anurag says, “Space Matrix has built great momentum in India over the last 12 months. We are excited to join hands with Jain.”

Jain holds an International MBA from IMD Switzerland, a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Science. He attended the Executive Leadership Program, as well as Managing and Transforming Professional Service Firms in India Programs at Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of RICS as well as Ex Chair of CoreNet North India and speaks at various global industry forums.
