Stylecraft goes full-circle with Spanish designer Carlos Tiscar’s Aro collection for Capdell.
February 8th, 2013
The circle is perhaps the most enduring of symbols. Its interpretation transcends time, place and culture.
Building on this essential form, Capdell’s Aro collection offers directness of expression with simplicity of form.
‘Aro’ is the Spanish word for ring, which aptly designs the circular forms of the collection’s side chair, lounge chair, bar stool and complementing side tables.
A beech wood structure unites all the pieces, but several options are available for finishes.
The seats of the lounge chair and side chair can be upholstered in fabric or leather. Their curved backs may be finished in either timber or upholstery.
The side tables feature glass, timber or upholstered table tops. The stools are produced to heights of 65cm or 80cm.
The Aro collection is available in Singapore from Stylecraft.
