Luxury residential project designed by Bates Smart takes the best of design and places it in a unique position at 150 Clarendon Street, adjoining the Fitzroy Gardens in the historic precinct of East Melbourne, Victoria.
The building comprises a small number of luxury 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with an abundance of light and space, along with state-of-the-art technology and a range of lifestyle facilities including in-house bar, cinema, pool, sauna, spa and gymnasium.
