R&F Properties moves to the Australian property market with intentions to develop large-scale commercial and residential projects, so anything less than a first class office simply wouldn’t do.

ROTHELOWMAN were called upon to provide interior design services for the 1000sq m fit out. Based in Melbourne’s Rialto building, R&F’s layout is designed to accommodate the local team, and is scalable for future growth.

ROTHELOWMAN’s design reflects the brand of the Chinese developers, with spaces are designed with a contemporary warm ambience and a playful take on the textures and tones used. The design takes advantage of the abundance of daylight in the area to create a light and clean solution along with controlled colour accents and finishes. The detailing of the spaces has been straight lined to create a linear rhythm of forms.
