Fridcorp, one of Melbourne’s most design-focused property developers, has launched its first Sydney project with Eve Apartments – a boldly sophisticated new concept in residential design in the heart of hip inner west suburb Erskineville.
May 26th, 2014
Located on the corner of MacDonald and Eve streets the $145M development on 8000 square metres features a premium mix of spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and will offer a cool, bespoke vibe close to the CBD and Erskineville’s renowned dining, lifestyle and recreation precinct.
Just 300 metres from Erskineville train station and 8 minutes from the CBD by car, Eve by Fridcorp puts residents at the centre of everything that makes inner city Sydney living so appealing.
Exceptional design values reflect Erskineville’s urban charm and lifestyle with clean, cool, streamlined interiors offset by luxury accents in gold and marble, generous balconies, landscaped communal spaces and city skyline views.
Sleek galley kitchens with hideaway storage solutions and European appliances, as well as a unique bar in each apartment are complemented with blonde timber flooring leading through combined living/dining spaces. Floor to ceiling doors and balconies plus lustrous bathrooms use neutral and crisp white palettes with huge mirrored cabinets to create a sense of serenity and ease.
A rooftop garden and communal area provide a laid-back setting for residents to congregate and entertain in style.
DKO has been announced as the winner of the recent design competition and the developer has already commissioned award-winning interior designers Hecker Guthrie for the project, known for their original, authentic design values, attention to clever details and contemporary cool palettes.
