Just completed in Perth’s Subiaco, Amana Living is a stylish Aged Care Organisation with sustainable standards.
July 12th, 2010
Amana Living is an Aged Care Organisation that have just completed an integrated interior fitout in the recently unveiled, ECO 541 building on Hay St in Perth’s stylish and cosmopolitan city fringe suburb of Subiaco.
Both the building and the tenancy were built by Northerly Group and designed and documented by Scott Penn Hall Architecture + Interiors in the aim of achieving a minimum 5 star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) and will shortly be submitted for Registration to the GBCA.
Based on Greenstar principles of maximising daylight within an interior environment, the design team led by David Hall (one of SPH’s directors) focused on using light materials and finishes in contrast with bold accents of colour and texture to inject a sense of vitality to the space.
