Taking a shower becomes a lot more tranquil with the release of the modular Axor Starck ShowerCollection.
June 30th, 2009
The pure minimalism of the Axor Starck custom bathroom system allows individual elements to be fitted to range of different functions and peaceful design solutions.
This collaboration between Philippe Starck and Axor, the designer brand of Hansgrohe, has led to a geometrical, clean design, devoid of any unnecessary decoration.
The 12 x 12 centimetre showerhead modules can be combined together, or installed in any loose arrangement, allowing freedom of design and an infinite number of combinations.
The collection offers a range of additional modules including spray heads, a thermostat and lighting as well as shelving and control elements – all combining slender forms and clean functionality for the bathroom environment.
“The Axor Starck ShowerCollection provides complete freedom not only in terms of design. The modular structure of the system means that the shower, and hence water consumption, can be scaled to suit individual preferences,” says Philippe Grohe, Head of the Axor brand.
In a nutshell: the Axor Starck ShowerCollection allows architects, interior designers and planners to give free rein to their own creativity.
The new collection is available in Australia from Hansgrohe.
