This latest range from Brintons builds on the success of its Fringe stocked range launched in the Autumn. Both collections, designed specifically for Australian hospitality and leisure applications, have already proven popular with commercial interior specialists – meeting the market’s desire for inspirational design and delicious colour.
The carpets in Shadow, available from stock, are perfect for quick-turnaround projects where timing is of the essence. There is something for every style of interior – from melodic interlocking hoops for the cool and contemporary space, to hot architecturally inspired patterns that can be used to create mesmeric, daring spaces.
Woven in Brintons’ 80% wool, 20% nylon yarn blend at Brintons own manufacturing plants, Shadow offers an expert flooring solution that is engineered to perform in the most demanding, heavy traffic areas.
The collection is available for pre-order immediately and is available from stock from the end of October 2012.
Shadow is also available through Brintons Design Studio Online (DSO) where users can interact with the designs, recolour them and view them in a room.

Looking around there are plenty of design objects embedded with gender stereotypes – from the ubiquitous fail of Bic for Her pens to Nika Zupanc’s “feminine” gold chair for Moooi.
