Artistic inspiration heats up at Cannon.
April 1st, 2010
Each of Cannon’s heaters is a masterpiece built by craftsmen who ascribe to the philosophy of form follows function.
Cannon Gas Log Heaters concoct all of the warmth, ambience and romance of a real log fire minus the mess.
Specifically designed and built to cater for Australian residences and conditions, Cannon’s Gas Log Heaters are ideal for spacious living areas and provide fast and effective room heating while ensuring high-energy efficiency and affordability.
The 2010 models offer additional innovative changes with electronic switching on all heaters and numerous optional accessories, including remote thermostats or stylish surrounds..
The Fitzroy models each have a new “widescreen” appearance, slimmer profile and provide double glazed glass as an option, allowing owners to easily interchange between mesh and glass fascias.
Smooth, curved lines exemplify the workmanship of the Canterbury range, which has been designed to fit into an existing wall cavity or to replace old gas/ oil space heaters.
Both of the model ranges offer a trio of fan speeds, heat settings and electronic switches. Purchasers can opt for a freestanding model in the Canterbury or purchase the Freestanding Kit for the Fitzroy FITZIB-SMENB or FITZIB-SMEXB models.
Optional extras including double-glazed glass or mesh guard, console or spacer kits and the choice of a remote thermostat allow you to create your own masterpiece.
The new Cannon range features six models all with differing features and functions. The Fitzroy models are:
– Fitzroy Inbuilt with mesh guard in black
– Fitzroy Inbuilt with enhanced flame and mesh guard in black
– Fitzroy Inbuilt with enhanced flame and mesh guard in platinum
– Fitzroy Inbuilt Powerflue with enhance flame and mesh guard in black

While maintaining convenience and aesthetics the Powerflue can vent up, down and horizontally out the back, making it the perfect solution for heating every floor in a multi-storey dwelling.
This model is also the ideal choice for the energy conscious with a 5.05 star energy rating.
The Canterbury heaters comprise of the inbuilt or freestanding – both with enhanced flame and double glazed glass. Prices start from $3293.00 RRP.
