April 28th, 2023
Now available in a vibrant burst of Iron Red, Palissade is a collection of outdoor furniture designed by the Bouroullec brothers for HAY in powder coated or hot galvanised steel. First launched in olive green, anthracite and sky grey, the collection represents an ode to symmetrical geometry, with clean lines and elegant shapes forming a balanced, linear aesthetic.
The Palissade collection made its debut in a classic shade of olive green along with other neutrals. Now, Palissade explodes back onto the scene in a striking new shade of Iron Red – ready to turn heads. This marks a fresh direction for the existing selection, with the rich red bringing warmth to its surroundings and ageing into its true beauty over time. Palissade’s construction allows for a wide range of typologies which share a common formal language of geometry. Comprising 12 different elements, Palissade creates a sense of unity not only through the overall image of the collection but also its characteristics: each individual piece has its own sense of strength without bulk, and elegance without fragility.
Designed in both colour and form for maximum integration, Palissade is ideal for a wide variety of outdoor settings. From cafes and restaurants to gardens, terraces and balconies, the collection has outstanding versatility and potential. Equally suited to urban and natural landscapes, the collection features outdoor benches, chairs, chaise lounges, tables, coffee tables and more.
The full Palissade collection in Iron Red is now available for order via Cult.
