The modern open plan office is a great space saving and creative way to work, but it leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to noise and privacy, which is where Bosse comes in with the Human Space Cube.
The way we work today is more varied than ever. Different working styles run parallel in harmonious – if noisy ways. The need for a quiet space to work, make a phone call or discuss sensitive information is still here in the age of the open plan office. Bosse Design, a brand under the Dauphin banner, showcased a variety of solutions for this solution at the recent Orgatec 2018 festival, under the banner of the Human Space.
Elegant, transparent, and designed with innovative technology and easy functionality at heart, the Bosse Human Space generation redefines standards for room-in-room-solutions.
The Human Space Cube 4.0 is based on a carefully planned grid that facilitates the planning and calculation of the system. The walls are constructed from a special, laminated security glass. This glass in combination with the magnetically closing doors, this ensures an extremely high sound level difference. The acoustically effective ceiling and two acoustic panels ensure the room’s pleasant reverberation time.
The design of the Human Space Cube 4.0 gives the highest level of flexibility. Thanks to the aluminium frame’s grid construction, it can be installed and modified within very short time and regardless of the building’s structure. Meeting room with presentation technology and whiteboard, quiet conference room, and cosy office – individual guide rails on the inside and outside are key to adapting the room to its function down to the smallest detail. Wall elements such as the technology panel with netboxes, cavity wall boxes, and monitor bracket can be positioned freely on the inside and even added later on.
The Human Space Cube 4.0 has a smart control system for ventilation and lighting that makes possible their regulation with a controller, tablet, and smartphone. The specially designed lighting system by Nimbus stands out through great design and a range of smart functions. Colour and strength of the light can be matched to any situation.
