What does your company supply?
Pandomo® from ARDEX is a premium brand which offers a range of advanced cement based Flooring and Wall finishing products. Using superior technology, coloured modern finishes and the benefits of Green Building credentials; these products will provide architects, designers and property developers with an unlimited ability to specify new system solutions that were previously difficult to consider.
What’s the history of your company?
The history of ARDEX can be traced back over 60 years to Witten, Germany where ARDEX Chemie Gmbh was founded by Herr and Frau Fortmann and Dr. Kraft. In December 2001 ARDEX acquired Norcros Building Products (NBP) Australia. In 2002 Vibro Products Pty Ltd, manufacturers under licence of ARDEX floor levelling and adhesives, was acquired and integrated into ARDEX Australia.
Where do you distribute?
The ARDEX Group comprises of 36 subsidiaries and some 1,700 employees with offices and branches in more than 50 countries around the world. In Australia, ARDEX has a sales office and manufacturing premises in each state. ARDEX products are sold through well-known distributors in the Tiling, Flooring and Waterproofing industries. Pandomo® products are sold exclusively to Pandomo® Trained Installers.
Describe your customers?
ARDEX products are mainly sold through Tiling, Flooring and Waterproofing distributors as well as some direct services to Installers in each industry. In the case of Pandomo® products, ARDEX deals directly with trained installers and provides supporting services to architects, designers and builders as well as investors and home owners including technical information.
What sets your company apart?
Product Innovation has defined ARDEX for over 60 years. Products such as Ardit Z8 and Ardur K15 have created the ARDEX identity and set a benchmark around the world in a technology that changed the way we used to build.

ARDEX has a dedicated person in each state for each product category Tiling, Flooring, Waterproofing and Pandomo® who provide assistance for project specification needs. What does the future hold?
Pandomo® from ARDEX will be featured in this year’s DesignEx Event in Sydney mid-May. The main showroom in Sydney will also be completed by May and will be open for all to view.
