IFI 2009 World Interior Design Congress – Dubai

The 65,000-strong International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers (IFI) will hold the World Interior Design Congress 2009 for the first time in the region under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai from 10-11 November 2009.

The 65,000-strong International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers (IFI) will hold the World Interior Design Congress 2009 for the first time in the region under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai from 10-11 November 2009.

The Congress will be preceded by a series of workshops and master classes from 7 – 9 November by industry experts on topics such as Interior Design Project Management, Furniture Design, 3D Rendering and Superyacht Interiors. Other activities include student and professional competitions, a design exhibition as well as cultural events and tours.

Event schedule:
7 – 9 Nov: Workshops & Master Classes
10 – 11 Nov: World Interior Design Congress
12 – 13 Nov: Social activities

Speakers for the Congress include Ross Lovegrove, Sebastian Conran, Nadja Swarovski and Piero Lissoni.
