Are you a designer that wants to see the design sights of Singapore and Portugal? Entries are now open for the 2019 Dulux DIAlogue on Tour travel program.
June 7th, 2019
Hitting its fourth year, the highly coveted Dulux x DIAlogue on Tour travel scholarship is currently accepting entries until Monday 24 June.
A once in a lifetime experience, the Design Institue of Australia’s (DIA) President Claire Beale FDIA shares: “The Dulux® DIAlogue on Tour is a unique opportunity for Australian designers to engage with their international peers and gain new insights into their own practice.”
On the agenda this year is a tour of the design delights of Singapore, followed by Portugal taking place in October later this year. The winners will be taken on exclusive tours of projects, galleries, sites and design studios – an all-access pass like nothing else. The program offers Australian designers practising interior design an unforgettable experience to press pause on their professional lives for an inspirational sabbatical for exploration and learning.
A thriving business hub of the world, Singapore is an eclectic metropolis filled with a vibrant art and design scene. Portugal has emerged from a post-GFC world as a veritable hotspot for design. Old and new coalesce making it a forward-thinking and creative hub.
Winners will be chosen by a jury selected by the DIA and convened by Gavin Campbell MDIA, including:
Entry to the Dulux DIAlogue on Tour scholarship is eligible to Australian designers practising interior design who are members of the DIA.
