From large scale facades for some of the world’s biggest retailers, to inspired lobby feature walls, or media screens and DMX controlled lighting systems – JEB Custom Projects is shifting brilliant ideas into reality.
JEB Custom Projects is an industrial design focused contractor with an upper edge – industrial design capability and facilities. The JEB Custom Projects team is capable of delivering a breadth of bespoke fabrication and installation projects, making brilliant ideas a reality.
The front end design and mock up or modelling and testing process is critical to delivering and executing the design intent. JEB Custom likes to work closely with the client, directly ensuring the key message and design intent are aligned.
The typical project process sees JEB Custom Projects begin by meeting with the client to best understand their idea or design concept. From their the team will develop tactical concepts for the client to explore along with material rationalisation and costing. The next step is to move some 3D modelling, or 3D printing to give a little life to the concept. Once this has been approved, JEB Custom then goes into a more detailed design projection with a 1:1 mock up. This functions as an ideal tool for the client to touch and feel the idea turning in to reality.
From here, JEB Custom Projects proceeds with detailed design, shop or fabrication drawing, structural calculations and local submissions, mock up and modelling for the final approval. Fabrication of materials, as well as JEB’s market leading and vigorous quality control procedures are seamless.
In the execution phase, internationally experienced project and construction management teams are in place to manage the installation process, providing information and reporting process details to the client during the whole course of the installation. This fine tuned, careful modelling phase is vital to safely carry ideas through to execution.
