Corporate Culture and Designer Rugs have opened a joint showroom in Auckland, New Zealand
March 5th, 2008
For the first time ever, two of Australia’s most recognised design companies have opened a combined overseas showroom – in Auckland, New Zealand.
Corporate Culture, renowned for their collection of designer furniture and homewares – from international designers such as Arne Jacobsen, Hans Wegner and Karim Rashid – have joined forces with the Australian specialist in contemporary, custom made and traditional rugs, Designer Rugs – renowned as Australia’s market leader – who have recently gained media exposure for their successful collaborations with high profile labels such as blueandbrown, Dinosaur Designs, Akira Isogawa and most recently Minnie Pwerle.
The companies officially opened the much anticipated shared showroom, located at 73 The Strand Parnell, Auckland on February 28th.
The move to open shop over the sea was inspired by a growing need to cater for the dynamic design savvy market in New Zealand.
