Restaurant and Bar Design Awards Shortlist

It comes as no surprise that the Restaurant and Bar Design Awards (RABDA) should whet our appetite for design with the release of their 2013 shortlist.

This year’s entries are as diverse as the food and beverage being served within; their whereabouts’ equally as varied, with shortlisted projects across the globe from the world’s leading architects, interior and lighting designers, and hospitality operators.

Camp and Furnace by Smiling Wolf, UK

Shortlisted projects this year hail from far afield as the United Kingdom, Korea, Finland, Peru, United States, Brazil, Romania, Israel, New Zealand and Australia.

We are pleased to see an increased representation of Australian designers and their projects on this years shortlist, with the likes of Luchetti Krelle, George Livissianis and Koichi takada amongst those vying for regional prizes.

As the world’s only awards dedicated exclusively to hospitality design, the esteem that comes with winning a RABDA is matchless.

The RABDA finalists will be announced during a ceremony at London’s Farmiloe Building on 12th September 2013.  Tickets go on sale today.
