The Piana folding chair marks Italian design firm Alessi’s first foray into furniture. Designed by acclaimed architect David Chipperfield and produced by Lamm in Italy, the Piana is light, sturdy and practical for indoors or out. The Piana features 100% recyclable polypropylene reinforced with fibreglass, the matt finish and tactile qualities of the polypropylene render the chair both comfortable, robust and able to be used in a variety public, hospitality and domestic settings.
