The ILVE Quadra freestanding collection features the latest gas and induction cooktop technology in an upright oven.
November 15th, 2011
Designed by the Chef’s du Maison Union to meet the needs of a demanding commercial cooking environment, the ILVE Quadra freestanding collection is a home chef’s best friend.
The 90cm dual fuel gas and induction cooktop provides an exceptional large cooking surface. A two-zone induction hob creates instant heat and immediate temperature control. ILVE’s renowned Tepanyaki hot plate can be placed above the induction zone for extra sizzle and functionality.
Surrounding the Induction/Tepanyaki zone is a range of gas knobs, including a triple ring all-purpose wok burner. Below is an oven with a giant 110 litre capacity and some amazing features – pizza, bread and pastry cooking settings, rotisserie and Quickstart preheating function, going from 0-180 degrees Celsius in just 8 minutes.
Professional cooking at home just got a whole lot easier with ILVE’s Quadra freestanding collection.
