What does your company supply?
Primarily commercial Furniture with a Residential aesthetic and appeal.
What’s the history of your company?
Michael Gamborg had managed Interstudio in Denmark and we both wanted to start a Business with predominantly contemporary Danish product, or products with at least a Scandinavian look, many of which wouyld be sourced locally in Australia .
As a result Interstudio was born in Australia with, initially, Interstudio in Denmark as a small stakeholder.
Where do you distribute?
Most commonly in Sydney and Melbourne, however, we have a well established dealer Network in other states and we have enjoyed many successes selling our product to Denmark, as well as NZ, Fiji, Singapore and Dubai.
Can you describe your customers?
Design savvy, young Designers and Architects that are looking for cutting edge design at realistic prices.
What sets your company apart?
Our ability to provide the market with innovative design products with affordable price tag and the success of sourcing locally designed product that sits well alongside imported Danish collections.
Who should we speak to when specifying?
Any of our sales team in Sydney or Melbourne, and for other states we can point you in the direction of the most appropriate Interstudio reseller.
What are your client’s priorities at the moment?
Sourcing product that represents the greatest value, fast turnaround, longevity and environmental attributes.
What is good design to you?
An item that you never tire of, that is both beautiful and functional.
What does the future hold?
We don’t think that business will ever be conducted the same way again after the legacy of the GFC. We know that our clients will be more discerning and continue to evaluate product for its merit of price and environmental factors.
For Interstudio that augers well for our continued growth as we have exceptional price value ratio and the industries most comprehensive range of accredited GECA Loose Furniture.
