The Accufile Filing System from CSM addresses these problems by providing a filing system that can be secure, is space efficient and eliminates misfiles.

There is a range of Accufile File Folders to suit various needs plus a coloured labelling system which creates ’bars’ of colour for ease of indentification. In addition there are a variety of clips that fix into the files and also different styles of shelf filing racks and dividers.

The Accufile Colour Coding labels can be supplied in sheet or rolls or alternatively through a software package allowing customers to print whole label sets in their own offices.

In addition to supplying the various filing items within the Accufile range CSM also provides the services of expert Records Management Consultants that can review the clients current Information Management practices and recommend system improvements to maximise the benefits of the new filing system.

The Accufile Filing system is compatible with all of the CSM Storage Products which include Cabinets, Rolling Storage and Storage Wall.
