Austaron Surfaces was established in 2003 with an aim to provide quality surfaces and finishes to the Australian market, including designers, architects, retailers, builders and consumers. With an industry experienced sales team based in all states of the country, the business works together with project managers and designers on projects from the specification stage, all the way through to delivery of the product. Staron® Solid Surfaces
Staron® Solid Surfaces is manufactured from a natural mineral refined from bauxite and blended with pure acrylic resin. With a range of over 80 colours to select from, Staron® offers the most extensive range of solid surface in Australia. Selected Staron® colours are also translucent and can be backlit to bring your design to life.
Staron® Solid Surfaces are suitable for endless commercial and residential projects. It can be thermoformed into flowing curves or sculpted into any shape imaginable. The flexibility of Staron® extends to limitless edge profiles, drop down edges, splashbacks and tile coves.
Staron® is non-porous and non-toxic making it a hygienic product that is easy to clean. Staron® is also repairable and renewable for an extended life. Staron® creates long and wide continuing surfaces with no open or conspicuous joins.
With a collection of integrated Staron® kitchen sinks and vanity bowls – a seamless benchtop space can be created. All of this comes with the peace of mind of a 10-Year warranty.
Spacemaile™
Spacemaile can be used to create screens, building exterior facades, lighting designs, suspended ceilings and more.
Spacemaile by Kaynemaile seamless mesh offers structural performance by using engineering grade polycarbonates, making the mesh suitable for extremely high-wear environments such as schools, airports, bars and public spaces.
It is made based on a traditional European chainmail assembly and produced via a continuous injection moulding process, forming a 3D impact-absorbing structure made up of solid rings with no joins or seams. The mesh is made from a recyclable self-extinguishing, fire resistant and UV stabilised high-spec polycarbonate making it virtually impossible to scratch or damage. It is easy to handle on site with no special protection required and will not rust in corrosive environments.
Spacemaile seamless mesh has is available in a selection of colours to create a steel look, or add a touch of colour that glistens with the light.
Acrylic Couture®
Acrylic Couture® is acrylic glass featuring intoxicating effects through extravagant inlays and artistic colour combinations.
It is comprised of the highest quality acrylic glass. It has been modified with special nanoparticles for the extremely efficient scattering and reflection of light. Acrylic Couture® features metallic materials, shimmering particles and even feathers encased in crystal clear acrylic glass so that the materials inside the acrylic appear to be ‘floating’.
Each piece is made in Italy with an unprecedented appearance and depth. Acrylic Couture® features cross-linked polymers for higher resistance to scratching and many chemicals compared to conventional PMMA.
It has a 30-year guarantee on UV resistance / weathering and 100-year guarantee based on very high molecular density against polymer degradation.
Use Acrylic Couture® panels as a wall feature, on the front of a bar or reception desk, or display it as a piece of art.
Ettlin Lux®
Ettlin lux® is a range of beautiful fabrics that are a decorative textile during the day and transform to a spectacular lighting effect during the night. Made with high quality materials with acoustic properties.
The interaction between Ettlin lux® and LEDs create exciting spatial lighting elements with an amazing depth effect. By designing the angle and dimension of the LED lighting behind the fabric, you can create a striking and effecting lighting feature.
