Porro’s collection of day and night systems furniture reignites home fascination through a unique furnishing philosophy and a legacy of excellence and craftsmanship.

Known for its luxurious and timeless style, Italian brand Porro embodies a distinctive philosophy, seamlessly merging the artisanal traditions with cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. These principles serve as the cornerstone of Porro’s remarkable journey to capture an ever-expanding international market share while remaining loyal to its origins. Now exclusively represented by XTRA in Singapore, Porro brings day and night systems, underpinned by high quality and advanced manufacturing, to the local market.
With a deep-rooted appreciation for furnishing culture and a longstanding family heritage, Porro’s production principles are firmly anchored in the tenets of formal purity, geometric precision, and functional excellence. Each product, based on a consistently simple aesthetic vision, embodies a pursuit of fascination and inspiration within its customers. Here are six of our favourites.
Crafted from robust, wax-finished steel, Load-It book shelving system is available in white or unique finishes like burnished brass, grigio porfido, and rosso antico. The system comes in either 1,000mm and 2,000mm widths to personalise a space with wall panels in various sizes and finishes. Load-It can also be integrated with magnetic spotlights that can be placed anywhere along the electrified profile under the shelves to illuminate objects in museum-like way by directing the light beam.
A wide range of interior fittings is available for any unit in any width to enhance versatility in any setting. The fittings include a wide range of offerings such as shelves, cloth racks, drawer sets, wood trays and bag holders.
Boutique Mast combines nautical lightness with graphic linearity, offering ultimate freedom in floor to ceiling or wall compositions. Featuring circular metal uprights and cantilevered glider-wing shelves, the shelving system introduces a fresh design for walk-in closets or living areas, providing visually striking and customisable solutions with thin metal and wood units.
A petite table, Balancing Boxes consists of a cluster of irregularly overlapping metal boxes in white or black painted metal, or in wood (eucalyptus, lauro preto, palissandro santos, red gum and tineo). The design creates a sense of balance in space, with inclinations and interconnections forming a multifaceted image that displays different profiles when viewed from different angles.
Porro’s textile bed, Makura, redefines domestic warmth with a blend of rationality and sensuality. With a sinuous headboard and removable pillows, the bed’s cosy form stands out with the smooth curve connecting the headboard to the structure. The bed comes in three sizes and all fabrics of Porro collection, as well as leather, eco-leather, or Nabuk coverings, with all fabric options fully removable.
Inlay revives the ancient art of inlay with two models: a living room sideboard and a two-drawer chest adorned with a decoration reminiscent of intersecting parallelepipeds, creating a captivating 3D effect. Crafted with precision in four oak colours and a black profile, it features a unique asymmetrical opening, simple shelves, and separators. The chest of drawers includes two drawers with internal trays and a single front, all complemented by solid oak handles and a natural oak interior.
