Chan Ee Mun, Senior Associate, WOHA
Chan Ee Mun has been associated with WOHA since 2002 as project leader for key residential, commercial, conservation, institutional and hospitality projects. Acknowledged by Singapore’s URA as a leading young architect in the exhibition 20 under 45: The Next Generation, Ee Mun is also helping shape Singapore’s urbanscape and policy on the invitation of statutory boards.
Aamer Taher, Principal, Aamer Architects
Aamer Taher established his studio, Aamer Architects in Singapore in 1994 after studying and working in London. His designs are well known for their ‘flair and curves’. He views every project as a work of art, conceived through a thorough appreciation of site, context and brief and forming an interesting ‘dialogue’ between human and nature.
Jin Oon, Director, SCDA Architects
Jin Oon trained in the UK and is currently a Director of SCDA Architects – a multi-disciplinary firm engaged in the practice of architecture, interior, landscape and product design. Jin has led and designed various award-winning projects, including SkyTerrace @ Dawson, Nassim Park Residences, Dhoby Ghaut Green and Privè @ Lonavala.

Yip Yuen Hong, Principal, ipli Architects
Prior to co-founding ipli Architects in 2002, Yip Yuen Hong worked in the offices of William Lim, Tay Kheng Soon and the Housing and Development Board. ipli has been the recipient of numerous prizes through the years. In 2013, Yuen Hong was recognised in the President’s Design Awards programme as Designer of the Year.
Rene Tan, Director, RT+Q Architects
Trained as a musician and architect, Rene is active in both architectural practice and academia. In 2003, he co-founded RT+Q Architects – a firm that adopts a counter-intuitive approach to architecture and design. RT+Q’s works have been widely published and have won awards in Singapore and beyond. Current projects include two residential high-rises in Jakarta.
Gabriel Tan, Design Partner and Co-Founder, Outofstock
Designer Gabriel Tan is a Co-Founder and Director of multicultural and award-winning design collective Outofstock, which formed in 2006. Outofstock works across three cities (Singapore, Barcelona and Buenos Aires), sharing values of simplicity and poetry, sustainability and craftsmanship, and designing products, furniture, lighting and spaces for international clients.

Karen Hay, Director/Co-Founder, Stickman Tribe
Karen Hay co-founded design consultancy Stickman in Dubai in 2009 after working in Hong Kong as Director of CL3 Architects and in Dubai as Managing Director of dwp UAE. Stickman specialises in interior design and brand development for hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars and spas. Karen relocated to Hong Kong in 2012 to establish and manage Stickman’s second office.
Matthew Shang, Co-Founder and Creative Director, Distillery
Matthew Shang co-founded Distillery in 2008, building on a background of international interior design practice in high- profile firms and an earlier career in production design and art direction for television and film. Based in Singapore and working throughout Asia, Distillery focuses on high-end and luxury projects for the hospitality, retail, and food and beverage sectors.
Adam Goodrum, Designer, Adam Goodrum Studio
Award-winning designer Adam Goodrum focuses on furniture, product and interior design. His work presents his fascination with movement, geometry and bold colour. His practice combines self-initiated work with that for international clients including Cappellini, Normann Copenhagen, Veuve Clicquot and Cult. Adam is also a founding member of Broached Commissions.
