With the ability to be curved and shaped into any design or shape through a process called thermoforming, Staron allows any hypothetical three-dimensional design to come to life.
This creative process of design can result in endless interesting design possibilities, with virtually any shape able to be formed with Staron. Create curves in wall panels, join countertops inconspicuously around soft curves, create custom vanity designs with smooth rounded edges, and much more.

The flexibility of Staron extends to limitless edge profiles, drop down edges, splashbacks and tile coves. Certain Staron colours are also translucent and can be backlit to bring your design to life.
More than a malleable and sleek surface solution, Staron also is non-toxic and Greenguard Gold certified, so you can specify Staron with the peace of mind that you are providing a material that will create a healthy environment for any household.
The non-porous nature of Staron means that no stain is ever permanent, providing a durable surface that is both hygienic and easy to clean. Staron is also repairable and renewable. Even after years of use it can simply be sanded and restored back to its original condition. Staron does not have any finishing polishes or sealers applied and remains the same solid material throughout its thickness. Staron are able to create long and wide continuing surfaces for any project with no open or conspicuous joins.

The surface is one large, continuous piece of material, which means no dirt trapping joins or crevices to clean. Backed by a 10 year warranty, designers can be confident in the ability to create curves and beautiful surfaces with Staron that will last substantially.
Staron also introduces Super Flex, designed for dramatic curves and flexibility. Featuring superior thermoforming capabilities that can create the limitless possibilities of shapes and designs from the slightest curves to extreme bends with a 0mm radius for perfect folding. Staron Super Flex is thermoformed at a lower temperature and in shorter heating time compared to the thermoforming process of standard Staron, making the fabrication time quicker and creating possibilities of more dramatic curves.
