Entries are now open for the NAWIC Annual International Women’s Day Scholarship.
The Scholarship is a $10 500 opportunity for women in the construction industry to develop a White Paper that can be used as a positive instrument for change.
The White Paper will include an international component, and will present ideas to challenge existing industry thinking and present practical tools that can be used to implement ideas.
NAWIC will hold a workshop on Wednesday 9 February 2011 at HASSELL, 88 Cumberland Street, Sydney, from 5-6pm.
The workshop will assist entrants with the preparation of their submissions, with 2010 NAWIC IWD Scholarship winner Melonie Bayl-Smith, Director and Architect of Liquid Architecture, providing advice about submission preparation and relate her experience undertaking her research over the last 12 months.
Visit the NAWIC website to register for the workshop and for more information on the scholarship.
